UFU Vic members were back at Federal Parliament in Canberra last week, continuing the fight for stronger protections and safer workplaces for all workers.
Firefighters met with @tomfrenchmoore MP , @senatorcarolbrown , @mattburnellmp , @lisainthesenate and @mattsmithmp to discuss the importance of protecting workers’ rights and safety conditions.
Discussions were also held with @senatorkarengrogan , Hon. @gedkearney and @senatorcharlottewalker policy advisor — leading to greater knowledge of what firefighters do and how workers rights are important to all workers.
Firefighters will always stand up for safe workplaces, fair conditions and protecting workers across the country.
