This page was published before IBAC’s special report was tabled. The union did not have the final report and did not wait for it. Everything set out here was put on the public record in advance, and nothing in the report as tabled on 5 August 2026 has changed any of it.
Two investigations. Phone intercepted. Offices raided. Officials compelled to answer questions in secret, with threat of imprisonment. And at the end of it: no finding of corrupt conduct against the UFU or any of its officials.
