It was fantastic to see Fire Rescue Victoria firefighters visiting St Paul’s Primary School in Mildura
The Foundation students were absolutely loving it and were so engaged throughout the session as firefighters introduced some important fire safety messages, including recognising firefighters as helpers, staying safe around fire, crawling low in smoke, having a safe meeting place and knowing when to call Triple Zero (000).
A great opportunity for our firefighters to connect with the next generation and help build important fire safety knowledge from an early age.
A big thank you to the Foundation students and staff at St Paul’s for making our firefighters so welcome. We look forward to the second visit!
