ALARM bells have been raised by local firefighter and United Firefighters Union delegate Luke Alexander over claims that two concurrent fires last week left Sunraysia without emergency coverage. The warnings follow an incident on Thursday 8 October when Mildura’s Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) crew was dispatched at 2.30pm to support Merbein Country Fire Authority (CFA)
