United Firefighters Union boss Peter Marshall has hit back following the release of the Operation Richmond report.
Declaring the eight-year probe an $8 million waste of public money, Mr Marshall says Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC) must be held accountable for pursuing a case that “never existed to begin with.”
