Northern District firefighters are shaping the future of our service.
Representatives from every Northern District station came together with operational leaders, UFU representatives and district leadership to identify the key priorities for their stations and communities.
Discussions focused on building capacity across the district, including appliance replacement, officer ranks, station upgrades and new station builds. The meeting was an opportunity to hear directly from firefighters and develop priorities that the UFU can continue to advocate for with Fire Rescue Victoria.
