Today, Corporate, Technical and Admin (CTA) members held a silent, respectful protest as FRV’s Executive — Commissioner Freeman and Deputy Commissioners Cowling and Fischer — attended a recruit graduation.
CTA members chose silence out of respect for the graduates — but their message was unmistakable:
Five years without a pay rise, and FRV has ignored the UFU’s proposal — sent more than 5 months ago — to resolve bargaining.
Once again, FRV’s Executive showed zero respect, walking past frustrated staff without acknowledgment.
CTA members keep FRV running. They deserve fair pay — and real respect.
