Yesterday, UFU Corporate, Tech and Admin (CTA) members once again took powerful silent action—this time with even greater numbers and with the media watching on.
At the second silent protest, UFU CTA members stood united in quiet defiance of failed leadership at Fire Rescue Victoria.
Following the 90.85% Vote of No Confidence in Commissioner Gavin Freeman, this growing action sends a message that cannot be ignored: FRV workers have had enough of the disrespect, mistrust, and failed leadership from the top.
To our incredible UFU CTA members—your courage, unity, and professionalism is driving this campaign forward. You’re being seen. You’re being heard. And you’re making history.
To Commissioner Freeman: your workforce has NO CONFIDENCE in you. Every day this goes longer, UFU members only get stronger.
