Kirstie Schroder – Thank You for Your Remarkable Career Servicing Firefighters and Victorians!

On behalf of UFU Victorian Branch, we extend our sincere thanks to Kirstie Schroder as she finishes her remarkable career with Fire Rescue Victoria.

Kirstie has been a dedicated and longstanding advocate for Victoria’s professional firefighters, working in partnership with the UFU across decades of service to achieve real, lasting outcomes for our members and the Victorian community.

From enterprise bargaining to training reform and the establishment of Fire Rescue Victoria itself, Kirstie’s contributions have been significant and appreciated.

We wish Kirstie all the very best in her well-earned retirement and hope she enjoys what the future brings for her.
