Only 21% of FRV employees responded to the People Matter Survey — a damning sign of a workforce that’s disengaged and disillusioned.
Even among those who did respond, the message is clear:
The FRV Executive has lost the trust of its people.
This follows a 90.85% Vote of No Confidence in Commissioner Gavin Freeman and his executive team.
Two separate signals. One undeniable crisis.
Minister Vicki Ward can’t ignore it.
And if she won’t act, Premier Jacinta Allan must.
